Why some DNS servers are showing not reachable?

Ans: We use multiple public DNS servers from various locations. Some DNS servers may not be up temporarily, we regularly check and update them with working ones.

What Google and Cloudflare DNS Servers we use?

Ans: For Google 8.8.8.8 and Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 Both these DNS are very reliable and used globally. These are anycast dns.

Why I get different result from different Server?

Ans: If you recently created or changed your DNS records you may see different server report different value. Reason for this is your new dns records did not propagated to all DNS servers globally. Try after 20-30 mins to see change.

Why I see old records?

Ans: DNS propagation sometimes takes more time than usual to get updated. Please check again after 15-30 mins to see the latest result.

DNS servers shows new records. Why my website is still not working on my local device (PC, Mobile) ?

Ans: If you see DNS servers are reporting new records but still on your device your website is not pointing to new records. It happens because of caching. Read How to Flush DNS cache on your computer.
